Digitally generated architectural drawings from hand-drafted plans and sketches for presentation, plan check, and bidding. Produced construction drawings including structural details, interior details, and custom furniture designs. Developed solutions to design problems through direction and communication with Principal and Senior Architects. Researched and scheduled materials, doors, windows, fixtures, and appliances. Assisted in daily office tasks.

City of La Habra Heights, La Habra Heights, CA, US, Stormwater Project Coordinator

Worked with Regional Water Board staff and managed water specialist team responsible for developing WMP (Water Management Plan) to comply with Los Angeles County MS4 Permit. Duties included attending Water Board and San Gabriel River Watershed meetings, in addition to updating procedures and files on sediment erosion, septic failure/installation, sewer connections, and water discharges. Enforced municipal codes on sediment erosion and illicit water discharge. Completed projects include development of stormwater procedures, implementation of Low-impact Development (LID) and Green Streets Ordinance, and submission of WMP to Los Angeles Regional Water Board.
