Worked with Regional Water Board staff and managed water specialist team responsible for developing WMP (Water Management Plan) to comply with Los Angeles County MS4 Permit. Duties included attending Water Board and San Gabriel River Watershed meetings, in addition to updating procedures and files on sediment erosion, septic failure/installation, sewer connections, and water discharges. Enforced municipal codes on sediment erosion and illicit water discharge.
