Mock-up designs of two types of apartment (1401.71 sq. ft. and 1921.52 sq. ft.) , guest units (842.41 sq. ft.) and reception space (1593.93 sq. ft.).

The objective was to create a simple modern space. Minimum paneling were done due to limited size of the rooms.
