Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos

Surrounded by the balmy Sea of Cortez, rugged Sierra de Laguna Mountains and active agricultural plan, this project seeks to frame and amplify an exceptional natural landscape.

The resort spans nearly 1 million sq ft and is comprised of 141 units, multiple food and beverage options, spa and fitness facilities and a variety of day-trip activities into the surrounding landscape.

The organization and character of the hotel core takes cues from traditional town planning.  A loose grid provides a framework for highlighting individual buildings and gives structure to an otherwise organic flow of outdoor rooms.

Deeper into the resort, this formal composition intentionally erodes, giving way to the natural landscape as guests near the ocean.
