This residential tower adaptation removes unnecessary overhanging and infill elements in favor of a transparent and textured skin that serves to connect interior spaces to the city at large and improve systems integration. Surgical plan modifications and material upgrades to interiors allow for open plans and spatial organizations that serve a variety of populations.
