The AIA has been hounding me to fill out a survey, so I thought I'd create a fun-questionnaire of my own, cynical as it may be... (simple yes or no would be good; you can elaborate if you wish)

1) Have you ever over-charged your client(s)?

2) Have you ever caused a change order?

3) Have you ever gone over your bosses head?

4) Have you ever lied to the building department?

5) Have you ever blamed a contractor for a mistake you have made?

6) Have you ever received kickbacks from product vendors?

7) Have you ever stolen a client away from a firm you previously worked at?

8) Have you ever lied to your boss about going to the doctor, but instead you went and interviewed at a competitor's firm?

9) Do you think your boss is an idiot?

10) Have you ever "fudged" your time sheet?
