Been working on a house for my parents... and I have the basic layout planned out and I am happy with it... but I am just having a hard time with basic room dimensions. Like... how big should a 3 car garage should be? How big is a comfortable laundry room, bedroom, master bath, dining... etc. etc. Are there any books or websites with a health of information to help me kinda finalize the room dimensions and fine tune the house as much as possible in that respect? I've searched and searched with no luck.

I'd say that there's definitely a couple of decent chapters on houses and residential in Neufert (Architects' Data)
