Beijing Changping Lichun Lake Villa

The project is located at the north side of Shahe Reservoir in the Changping District of Beijing City. The planning area is 78,813.75 square meters. The project is positioned as a top-level residential development to incorporate courtyard villas, townhouses, stacked townhouses and other residential types. Also prepared as a part of the design was the club and other supporting facilities.

The project is located in the Badaling villa area of Changping District, it is one of the Beijing Eight Villa Areas. This villa area has a significant advantage in that the near north side is a well-to-do area, especially considering that the economic center of Beijing's northward expansion is also a big plus. This site has an abundant resource of natural characteristics and amenities for people. With the project near the north side of the Shahe Reservoir and the beautiful lake views, this residential resource is richly endowed by nature.

Our design approach is to consider an all new living style - Community Oriented Living – to break through the problems of current villa developments which are sealed off, lack vitality, lonely, have little public livable space. The design includes a series of Four Levels of Living: public, half-public, private and half-private, and we have also included a star shaped radial axis space to break the traditional closed layouts. The intent is to build a new high-quality community that filled with vibrant scenes of life.

All along, the goal is to innovate and refine all the details of the residential spatial experience, so that these top-quality Villas represent international characteristics, incorporation of technology and remain humanistically scaled.
