Tranquility under the wooden arch
The architect Michael Schumann presented his plan five years ago: a church arch made from OSB boards which are stuck into one another, with no nails or screws.
A seven meter high dome was made solely out of EGGER OSB boards which compromised of 650 individual parts.
The church has been awarded multiple prizes, one of them being the “best architects 2014 Award”.
