Founded in 1980, we have designed over 18,000 units of housing for older adults in 19 states, from Florida to New York, Midwest to Southwest, the Pacific Northwest, California and Hawaii. Collectively, Wattenbarger’s three principals have over sixty years of architectural design experience.
As we design a project, we build relationships. We have developed an effective, proven collaborative approach that brings all stakeholders together from the beginning of the project. This approach helps foster team unity, clear communication and interdisciplinary coordination, resulting in a cost-effective, well-managed project.
Putting your mission & vision first, we integrate design disciplines in a logical, unified way so as to strengthen the integrity of the project and deliver results that improve the quality of life for your residents through design.
Architecture is more than bricks and mortar, and it takes more than an architect to translate your vision into reality. At Wattenbarger, we work within the context of a team which includes you, your staff , your prospective residents, as well as consultants key to the success of your project. This approach results in a design solution that is a unique reflection of your mission, vision and needs.
