Greater Residence Apartments

Scheduled to begin construction in summer of 2018, Greater Residence apartments will be a 2-phase podium-style apartment project, with 123 units at full buildout on a one and a half acre, urban-center zoned site in Snohomish County.  The site is organized around an existing access & utility easement which provides connectivity to an adjacent church complex, necessitating the two building approach that was utilized.Apartments within Greater Residence will include a mixture of open studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom units for households ranging from one to four people.  The apartments are targeted for single professionals and young couples looking for urban feel within their housing environment.  Centralized green space, an inviting public plaza, and a ground floor suite of amenity spaces with a commercial storefront character bring a decidedly urban feel to a location predominantly shaped by suburban sprawl.

A number of design elements work towards promoting a high density, transit and pedestrian-oriented development.  Due to the location being within 500 feet of primary transit stops along 164th street and within a half mile of park and ride facilities at Ash Way, occupants will be provided with access to quick and easy transportation options.  The property is also located near the Interurban trail system along Meadow Road, promoting pedestrian and bicycle connectivity which leads all the way up to Everett to the north and Lake Ballinger in Edmonds to the south.  We are within ¼ walking distance of retail and dining uses to our south and Martha Lake park to our east.  Lastly, both proposed buildings incorporate secured, indoor bicycle storage facilities for resident storage of bicycles.
