We are a small hands-on design-build and development firm founded in 1996 by principle Ron Castellano. The studio combines design, construction and neighborhood development focused on our home base in Manhattan’s Lower-East Side. Recognized projects include revitalization of the local landmark Forward and Garfield Buildings. Engaging community along with architecture, we’ve also brought initiatives like the popular Hester Street Fair, an outdoor specialty market, to the neighborhood.
