San Diego Athletic Club from 1928 to1964. Converted to office use in 1969-1970. Brought back to much of it’s original luster in 2013 by Connection Housing to house the homeless.
My model was made to demonstrate the detail and craftsmanship that went into the design and construction of this early 20th Century style.
