This was the final paper for the architecture and urbanism course.  I was intrigued with a neighborhood near where i live: it has lots of industrial sheds, most of them are parking lots to buses and logistic companies. Also, there is an small hill filled with slums. So the plan for this area should approach residential deficit and should search for an economic development of the area. Residential buildings with 4 floors were set to supply its demand and through it, the hill could be transformed into a park. Along the main avenue, it was implanted taller commercial buildings, to incentivate the development and people circulation in the whole region.
