This was a project I did with a former boss. The building manager, wanted to refurbish the entrance of the building and its party lounge. We had several meetings to understand what the residents wanted and along with the manager, we projected a facade renewal, a new griller and an exchange of general coverings to modernize the building. Along with the party lounge renewal and a new entrance.
