Lipman Residence

One of many spirited, classically-inspired light-frame center-hall colonial residences designed by Alisberg Parker Architects in the bucolic northern suburbs of New York City. Approximately 8,000 square feet with finished basement, Canadian slate and standing seam copper roofs, and 6" stone veneer.

Collaboratively developed presentation and construction drawings, information for zoning and design review board presentations.  Created hand-drawn sketches of elevations, documented owner-requested changes throughout schematic and design development, and published a complete set of construction documents including extensive interiors and casework designs and detailing, lighting, architectural detailing and schedules, as well as structural markup and stormwater management.

More drawings in work sample PDF.
