The Marina di Loano undergoes a transformation while preserving and enhancing its key features: the elevated promenade and the system of terraces that overlook the landscape. The proposed building aims to reestablish a connection with the walkway leading to the structures. The design incorporates protruding terraces, reminiscent of naval architecture, thereby aligning with the principle of terraces. A unifying element across the entirety of Marina di Loano is the metallic mesh coating, ensuring both protection and transparency. Additionally, the mirrored glass used in the buildings reflects the surrounding landscape.
