    Adventures in collecting water

    Yesterday Jane Tsong went into the LA River and Mullholland Fountain to collect water for Waterlab! opening as part of Drylands at the A+D Museum opening tomorrow at 6:00pm

    Collecting across the way from the Mulholland Fountain...

    Transporting...

    At the Mulholland Fountain...

    The watchful eye of William Mulholland...

    Collecting again...

    No Gathering Water?

    The goods...

    This was something new Rain for Rent, evidently since 1934.

    As water collecting goes this was a good adventure and along the way everything was discussed from Los Angeles acequia history to Paul Stamets, it was a good day.

    Today the final touches on the installations at A+D...
