Full gut interior renovation of a 4 story townhouse. Ground floor addition, exterior renovation. Total area of approx. 4000 sq feet.

As a job captain I coordinated all phases of the design - from design development, through filing process to construction administration.
I was responsible for generating drawing sets and presentations for  Landmark Commission and Community Hearing, as well as construction drawings, supervising the job site and reporting to senior staff.

4 stories + addition; 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms + playroom, dining room extension, roof terrace with custom skylight; custom metal stair railing.
