I played the design doctor to rescue the renovation of a one bedroom condominium that suffered from both a poorly designed original scheme as well as a ill- conceived renovation plan.
The second is a concept for the first level for a Boutique Hotel Lobby and restaurant I prepared for a to accompany a developer's Pro forma.
The last is a concept I prepared to generate developer interest in the Raleigh area to encourage interest in building for demographic in need of studio apartments which wasn't being recognized in Raleigh and many other cities.
