The unique residences, which are embedded in the topography, are located at a distance from each other and have incredible views. Each residence is a unique embodiment of the energy and character of its place. The main idea of the whole project is harmony: architecture and landscape, unity and privacy, man and nature. And this is more than just 37 houses. We have created a unique high-quality comfortable environment for people to live in, while maintaining a close connection with nature.

The inhabitants of the eco-polis ESSENCE are people who need more than just a house. Before we start working on such large projects, we always analyze and define the target audience together with the client.
So, we found that the potential residents of our village are wealthy adults who prioritize quality and comfort over quantity. People who do not want to live in the hustle and bustle of the city, but have the proper level of infrastructure, service and security.

That is how you can formulate the basic idea of the project. So in our work we followed the principle of minimal interference in the existing landscape. We have not designed large retaining walls. All the roads were laid out according to the existing relief and the land surveying was done in such a way that we cut the houses into the relief, making them an extension of the landscape.

In this project, we had input from the client on the ratio of sellable area to total area, which we adhered to in developing the master plan. So, we ended up with 37 completely different shaped and sized lots and a large percentage of recreational areas due to the fact that we used lots with the highest possible relief gradients for them, creating unique landscape parks and recreation areas there.
A holistically constructed architectural image is always based on a balanced system of accents and carefully selected details. Thus, our entrance group - it is one of the main visual dominants, whose purpose from the first minutes to indicate the status and effectivity of the place. In addition to creating an impression, of course, it also has a utilitarian function - to provide a safe environment for residents and their guests.

In the ESSENCE project, it was important for us to maintain the harmony of man and nature, so that the residents of the eco-polis would have a positive experience not only in their residences, but also outside them. Therefore, in the landscaping we provided paths for walking and jogging, gazebos for relaxing and working under the sounds of the forest, viewing platforms near the pond and a small amphitheater for indoor events in the open air.
We also developed a uniform design code for all residences, which is based on the use of honest and natural materials. But we didn't make all the residences the same. We designed 37 unique residences united by a common idea and a single eco-concept of the entire eco-polis as a whole, which were also reflected in the interiors.
