The restaurant is located at Blacksburg Municipal Golf Course. The site is far away from the town, with enjoyable outdoor scenery. In providing golf players a place to take a quick meal, the building functions as a sushi bar. 

The moon will remind people of the time by changing its shape. It can become a way to remind people of the time passage inside the building. This intention can be achieved by one circle projecting a shadow on another ring.
