Hunters point south, located near the waterfront of LIC with vital location and accessibility both to Manhattan and Brooklynn, attracted a large amount of attention by impractical dreamers, unscrupulous speculators and even some visionary city planners. 

However, it is also suffered from the severe transportation separation. Little attention for construction is paid to the wired LIRR rail yard and industry area of hunters point south compared to the surrounding housing and park planned in LIC. Our vision is to a new center that rely on traffic hub around the waterfront create a band.
