The site of this project is located in Lijiao Village, Guanzhou City. Which is as the first city facade of the estuary entrance. Lijiao Village is an ancient village which is surrounded by a series of traditional buildings, especially for the credentials. Urbanization makes large numbers of people flock to the city. Low standard quality of constructions decrease the quality of tenants’ life. Exploring the useful strategy of urban design becomes the priority of this project.A new river bay give them beautiful public spaces for daily leisure and religious activities. The axis arrangement leads the flow to the main canal. Its will lead people enter the old village and meets the most original cultural. But the exploration process is a slow process, Through the entire circulation.  The new communication, commercial activities and creative activities will revive this old village.
