I am employed as a Junior Landscape Architect at Tapestry Landscape Architecture, I worked alongside our Senior Architects specializing in creating comprehensive hardscape plans, detailed planting plans, and accompanying detail sheets. My role involved extensive research into zoning codes in both New Jersey and New York, ensuring compliance and accuracy in our designs. Additionally, I utlized SketchUp and Enscape to bring our projects to life, producing high-quality images and videos for client presentations. I was also involved in site work, measuring elevations and areas of uncertainty to garuntee the precision of our base plans. Furthermore, I handled estimation tasks, assessing the requirements for plants, hardscape materials, pools, and labor for
our offices projects.

As a Junior Architect at Nick Tsapatsaris & Associates where I collaborated with Senior Project Manager, Architect, and Engineer on projects which include all landlord work, as well as corporate, retail, education, residential clients, and tenant improvements. I also partnered with Senior Architects to produce permit sets, shop drawings, and architectural and structural designs. During my time there, I directed construction site as superintendent, assisted in surveying sites, and produced proposals as well as change orders. Additionally, I communicated with subcontractors and clients ensuring satisfaction for all involved. Further, I developed a working knowledge of leases and lease negotiations. This experience furthered my technical skillsets when using AutoCad, my knowledge on construction, and my capability of controlling a construction site.
