Nick Tsapatsaris & Associates was founded in Ridgewood, New Jersey in 1990. The firm is licensed in Architecture, Structural, and Civil Engineering, and offers wide array of Real Estate Development and Construction Management services to our clients.  With a strong collaborative team of in-house architects, engineers and construction managers, the firm has been recognized with a number of awards. Currently, our award winning Center City Mall was the recipient of  the New Jersey Business & Industry Association Good Neighbor Award for this  mixed-use urban redevelopment project comprising over 1,500,000 SF of Retail, Commercial and Residential structures has revitalized the third largest urban city in NJ - downtown Paterson, NJ.  The retail and commercial portion of the project was completed 2009. Nick Tsapatsaris, who was also a Managing Member of Center City Partners, LLC provides a visionary expertise into the retail market of real estate development. In addition to the completion of Center City, with Nick’s leadership, Nick Tsapatsaris & Associates has executed the design of major national retail tenants such as The Children’s Place, Marshalls, TD Bank, AT&T, Hamilton and Ward Steakhouse, which was awarded a 25 Zagat design rating and Carlo’s Bakery, aka “The Cake Boss”.  These projects, along with many others, have been merited by our firm’s visionary planning for communities.
