In the place where it is proposed to present building, was one unfinished concrete structure, resulting of a generalized crisis. The project adapts to the existing structure by taking advantage of this by adding new structural elements, in order to prolong its use by changing the type and maintaining the program which has been previously built. A mutation to the original spatial configuration is made. Now a white block is deployed on the village of Dona Maria, a promontory which draws the terrain. The additions to the structure that is being proposed, include evasive and categorical construction methods as the use of steel in order to preserve and simultaneously not to weaken the concrete skeleton that was built.
