Mod A1

Mod A1 is a prefabricated Accessory Dwelling Unit developed to be expandable and reconfigure based on site and client needs.  The Mod is broken into Core which contains Kitchen/Living/Dining/Bath and Bedroom which serves as the sleeping area.  The bedroom is a separate prefabricated component that can attach and reconfigure, with additional bedrooms added if needed.  The exterior deck and sliders of the Core expand the living space to the outside.  Components such as the solar canopy and sliding screens are accessories that can be added to the unit.

Mod A2

Mod A2 is an expansion of Mod A1 with a freestanding office/bedroom/den that connects to Mod A1.  This configuration allows for a 2 bedroom ADU, or a working area for the ADU.  The exterior deck and the solar canopy in this configuration serves as the connecting element of the core and the bedroom
