The site is located at Sentosa Cove, with the south facade facing the Singapore Straits. With the uninterrupted perspective of ocean views, the orientation plays a big part of the design exploration. Full height curtain panels and sliding glass doors are applied at the 1st storey to allow seamless experience with the breezy environment. At the 2nd storey, the windows are being framed towards different angles to capture the splendid sea views of the ocean. Similar to the previous project, the roof exploration also plays a big role in the schematic design. Due to the unique shape of the site boundary, the building is designed with two rectangular forms facing different angles. The roof design consists of two different wave roof partly overlapping with different orientations.
