Located at the far south of Singapore, at Sentosa Island. The site is located along the seaside, with the advantages of having a panorama sea view and the enjoyment of sea breeze throughout the day.

The design process was quite challenging upon the restrictions from the particular authority that 70% of the roof area must be designed in pitch form with 20-30 degrees of slope. It was tough to achieve a balance between a common pitch roof design and a proposal that stands out from the neighbourhood. We decided to incorporate a wave design for the roof that complies the regulations, while delivering an expressive and interesting curvy silhouette of the architectural form.
