New House

This new house met the clients desire for a home reminiscent of a turn-of-the-century farmhouse with exquisite crafted details.

The gracious curved porch provides space for outdoor entertaining and balconies above have views of the Potomac River.  Natural cedar siding and shingles are complimented by a painted tin porch roof and trim.

The Kitchen incorporated the client’s antique soapstone sink from New England along with traditional encaustic tile for the flooring. A large room in the attic provides space for relaxing with dramatic views from the balcony.
