For many, a major downside to the prospect of high-rise living is the hotel-style culture that lacks the kind of geo-physical support group expected from a neighborhood.  By vertically distributing semi-public green space, we can create such a community within the context of a tower.

    The ability to expand and contract a particular domicile by minimally invasive methods would allow the neighborhood to evolve organically, fostering a community that can incrementally adapt to changing fashions, technologies, and demographic demands.
