I have over twenty years of experience working as a Designer, Project Architect and Project Manager, with an emphasis on high-end Residential and Hospitality projects. I founded my boutique practice in 2010 after ten years working for established firms in New York. Much of my experience has come at the intersection of Architecture and Interiors. Although I think of myself as an architect first, I have included interior design in many of my projects.

I established my Architecture & Interior Design practice in 2009 with an early emphasis on bespoke city living. New York City apartment and loft projects present a unique set of interior architecture challenges, with an emphasis on spatial planning, custom cabinetry & furniture, and specialty finish details.
The WRS portfolio has since expanded to include custom house designs. A new base of operations has been established in Los Angeles for 2021 to better serve our West Coast clientele. Wayman continues to work with clients in NYC, Oregon and beyond.

Period Design, New York, Architect / Designer
Period is a small interior design boutique founded by Richard Livingston, specializing in residential renovations with a focus on custom architectural details and furnishings. I was responsible for the architectural aspects of all projects, from schematic design through construction, including product and material research,
specifications, bid packages and furniture design.
STUDIOHOWE, New York, Architect / Designer
The Architecture firm, StudioHOWE was established by Seth Howe in 2001. He quickly developed his company into a versatile player in many aspects of the
business, particularly hospitality. During my tenure with the firm, my role as lead designer of a hotel renovation and a new apartment complex involved the
coordination of design schedules, production teams and consultants, as well as design development.
Pierce Allen, New York, Architect / Designer
DD Allen and Michael Pierce established this Architecture and Interior Design firm in 1985, with a continual emphasis on residential renovation. My duties ranged
from drawing production as a design team member to complete project supervision as a Project Manager.
