5 storey Mixed Use Offices & Mall Design Competition, Athens Greece.
Difficult SIte. Client Program dictated, that after all the programmatic
uses were incorporated into the building design, we still had to provide a roof terrace
connected with the multiplex theater and an outdoor-indoor restaurant with direct views to
the Acropolis Hill. Short listed to 3 firms and lost it to RTKL-London
(main architect with one of the 3 developers financing the project).
