LABC Competition Entry. The objective was to reinvent the interior space of the building while preserving the tilt-up concrete facade. The space is for housing local artists and fabricators, facilitating 2 separate paths of circulation; one for the artists and the grand red stairs for visitors to watch the artists in the midst of the process of creation without interrupting their creative process.
