Architecture studio Trost&Associates was funded in 2013 and is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We specialize in architectural planning and design, architectural R&D and architecture related consultancy. Studio's members have been involved in architectural planning and other fields of visual and design research since 2004, as partners in other studios, as members of other design teams or as independent designers. Our interests surpass basic architectural planning as our interests lie in visual communications, industrial product oriented design and theoretical research. As a part of an ongoing quest for innovative and sustainable solutions, we are trying to look outside of traditional thinking and rationale. That is why we think the technical, detailed and rational of our profession should have a firm foundation, but it is also essential to interlace our work with social, economic and cultural implications, architectural creations have on the society and vice versa.
