TR Design Group was approached by La Sierra University to present a design and proposal for a new 60,000 s.f. School of Business building at their Riverside campus.

The design was warmly received and has been recognized as the “Most Beautiful Business Building in the World” by www.topmanagementdegrees.com.  It has also been recognized as a Design of Excellence by the “American Schools and Universities” magazine. 

The new home of the Thomas and Vi Zapara Business School includes a 375-seat conference center as well as classrooms for 1,000 students. 

The building also features a central atrium for daylight and a spacious rotunda. It also includes dramatic LED exterior lighting, as shown above.  TR Design Group’s scope of work for the project included complete design master-plan revisions; programming; conceptual and schematic design; construction drawings; interior design; a fixtures, furniture and equipment package; bidding assistance; and construction administration.
