I am currently working in Monrovia, CA as a Draftsman for a Design-Build firm. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. My expertise lies within my hardworking and driven attitude. I am a punctual, confident, determined, and creative human being. 

I now have six years of experience in architecture. I am proficient in most architectural software. These proficiencies include AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe CS5, and Google SketchUp. Since graduating, I have done design and drafting in the greater Los Angeles area. Reed Drafting and Design was a company I created with a goal of delivering quality design and drafting work to clients for at a lower price. Doing this work has taught me how to work with clients in order to achieve a quality finished product. Here is a list of some of my accomplishments to this point in my career.

• Helped expedite drawings through plan check for the city of Monrovia and Pasadena
• Designed and supervised two home remodels
  • Delivered a finished product that the clients could rent for 2x above the market value for that area
  • Using Microsoft Excel, I help assure the clients of the design with financial breakdowns of their return on investments
• Have established four separate real estate offices as clients for delivering floor and site plans as needed
