The villa was built for a family of a Dutch investor and a Vietnamese woman in a suburban area of a city in Vietnam. The design meet fully a challenge “how to create a harmony of Western life style and Vietnamese culture” under the effects of the local climate conditions, rainy, very hot and humid. A large open space was created for ground floor that was equipped many deluxe facilities as a Western standard house. A large terrace covers perimeter of the house connecting inner space to outer nature of a fruit garden, a popular space of traditional houses. It is also a protected layer againt negative effects of the local climate.
