Four projects are represented in this portfolio that specifically address contract designs I have engaged as a free lance architectural designer. They are projects of a scale that warrant close personal contact, and because of this material choices and the color pallet of each was vital in the final result. The perspective sketches were very helpful in these projects to explain the overall spatial relationships and aesthetic choices to clients, while the drafted images were used for dimensioning by the contractor. Each comes with its own circumstances but the sketch method proved most effective, while also properly conveying the material rich designs.
