Redesign of a new ferry terminal to serve as a gateway to the Hudson River and reconnect the surrounding Newburgh community to the waterfront via multiple view corridors, pedestrian access points, and a new public central space and boardwalk.
The 813,980 sf development is located on 9.7 acres and features residential buildings comprised of 456 units designed to rotate toward the water – emphasizing river views for the residents.
