To recognize of the time and talent volunteers contributed to Bike Cleveland in 2013.
Bike Cleveland builds livable communities by promoting all forms of cycling and advocating for the rights and equality of the cycling community.
Theodore won this award for his pro-bono design at Bialosky + Partners Architects, leading efforts for planning and design for "The Midway" a conceptual proposal for a separated cycle track network in Cleveland that re-uses right-of-ways from Cleveland's former streetcar network.

To recognize local emerging leaders who are influencing a sustainable future of the profession by
making architecture/interior design accessible and relevant to the public while both educating and
learning from the broader community.
Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative's Center for Outdoor Living Design (COLD), Honorable Mention, Honorable Mention
Over 80 registrants participated in the 2013 COLDSCAPES Competition, with submissions received from 15 U.S. cities and 13 countries spanning a wide range of cold (and warm) weather climates.
The three winning entries and ten honorable mentions were selected by a jury comprised of leaders in a range of design fields, including architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning and public art. The projects selected for recognition reflect the diversity of the jurors’ backgrounds and the spectrum of potential insertion points for design to enhance the lives of winter city visitors and residents.
Our submission, GLOW, is featured as an Honorable Mention, and will be published in Urban Infill, Vol. 6, available from Amazon.com November 15, 2013.
