The development followed the analysis of the regulations but also the inspiration of  what nature has spontaneously built in the beautiful country of Vietnam. The request was to have a mixed building with hotel, retail and residential. Prefabricated modules have been designed to have a low impact on the built environment. The nature pervades the design until it becomes part of it entirely.
