Situated in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, in the well-known Cadogan square, this project involved the connection of the two dwellings through the creation of a new staircase within a Grade II listed building. The conservation of the historic building's fabric was a priority together with the fulfilment of the client's needs. All the internal spaces were carefully designed to meet the criteria dictated by the conservation office, while also reflecting the character and feel the client wanted to achieve.
