The 388,000 SF facility houses all acute-care clinical services, has 192 private patient rooms and rests on a 45-acre greenfield site. This state-of-the-art acute care hospital has 1,500 parking spaces and a 16,000 sf Central Energy Plant designed for future growth. The hospital is also structurally engineered for the future expansion of two additional floors.

The Replacement Hospital will be the epicenter of the OLOL campus, which will additionally include a Cancer Center, Heart Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Convent, Spa/Fitness Center, and an Outpatient Clinic and MOB.
