Following our appointment, we sought to reflect the ethos and intentions of Ethno Wines in the building itself which has manifested itself in a contemporary building to be built from rammed earth, a new technique for Georgia, that is carefully placed in the landscape, setting into it whilst also framing the vineyard below when viewed from the valley.
