Our in-house team provides full construction documentation for Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering and Interior Design.

As a technology-oriented group, we always strive to come up with fast and effective decisions, using advanced methods of 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM360) and project management tools such as Basecamp. With the “All Service in House” approach we include all stages of the project in one space, enhance communication between disciplines and control the process effectively. As a result, we save time and minimize inaccuracies in the drawings.

Our extended international experience covers 200+ projects on the U.S. market, including hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt.

Our well-equipped office space and a team of skilled young professionals, allow companies to have a full-time operational working cycle. Since launching, the company’s main target has been the hotel and residential developments, primarily located in the U.S.

Our main target is middle and enterprise-size companies, those who are interested in partnering with Architecture & Engineering BPO services from Georgia.
