Looking into the urban development of Mendoza Argentina and the growth of its culture of Industry and arts a proposal for a mixed use Office/ Museum was proposed. The Project Embellishes a Modernist take to high rise structures. Noticing this connection of modernism to represent "New" in South America  the proposed structure takes advantage of a free plan at the ground level.  The vertical element of the high rise would house the office portion of the program. The horizontal element ,overlooking a new rail system, of the structure would house the museum portion. When these two elements intersect it defines the corner of Peru street making it a marker on the site
