W3 Sul is a famous avenue that stretches from north to south in the city of Brasília. In their original plan, semi-detached residential lots were designed, with areas of approximately 150m2. Despite their reduced dimensions, these plots provide enough area to serve the families of the middle class of Brasília.

The clients, a retiree and her son, wanted a large house that offered a comfortable space for their visits.. The plan was defined from a simple structural mesh thus, the environments were well marked, without the presence of niches or structural burrs.

The facade of the house was inspired by geometric shapes in the style of Stjil. The door and window squares were perfectly aligned with each other, thus forming a harmonious set of these elements. The materials are contemporary and the colors are sober. The wooden shutter is characterized as the only vertical element of the facade. The gray color is contrasted only by yellow. The rear façade was made following these same design patterns, with the exception of the pergola, which, in addition to sun protection for the kitchen, frames and defines the alignment of the frames because it is twinned.
