Governmental affordable rental housing project, consists of 13 Residential buildings compound. The target tenants were young families that could start to set roots in Jerusalem. I was responsible for 3 buildings, including preparation of the tender and execution sets of drawings.
A key challenge of the project was to work under the constrains of a tight budget and schedule, which required high commitment, professionalism and high level of communication with the entire team of consultants. The project also included commercial ground floor, kindergartens and open green space. The limited building materials (due to regulations and budget) led to innovative design solutions, in a way the blends in the context in one hand, while simultaneously offers modern aesthetics.
